MTV Meeting Plan

This is the copy of the plan we took to MTV when we pitched our ideas to them about shooting our music video in one of their studios. We had a list of things we wanted and needed to ask In relation to the video, I was also able to jot down anything we needed to find out before the day of filming for example whether we needed a drum-rise or not. This was extremely useful as It helped us to make a record of important issues to consider such as having to bring our own hard-drive to record our footage onto because if we forgot this or didn't have one we wouldn't be able to take home our footage and as a result we'd have no video.
