After deciding to change our chosen Genre from Dubstep to Rock and in turn changing our chosen Artist from Modestep to Raided By Waves we had to once again seek permission from the band to use both their song and the band themselves to perform In our video. I contacted the lead singer of the band James on Facebook and pitched our ideas to him, he claimed the band would be very interested In performing for us and that they would be remastering Secret Sin in the near future. Below is an extract from our conversation. James was interested In performing a song called Every Second, however, after mentioning our desire to use Secret Sin he and the rest of the band were more than happy to oblige.
Once again contacting the band via Facebook had proved to be a very useful and effective way of communicating ideas and future plans.
